Chemelectiva s.r.l. was established in July 2008 in Novara, Italy, within a chemical-pharmaceutical technology park comprehensive of the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy. Chemelectiva is mainly focusing on the research and development of innovative processes for the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for ethical and generic worldwide market through the following activities: - developing route of synthesis (ROS), analytical test methods (ATMs), polymorphs, physical forms of new chemical entities (NCE) as well as generics APIs - scouting and procuring the starting materials, intermediates, key raw materials - scaling-up in kilolab stage and providing kilos quantities - preparing all necessary technical and regulatory documentation to support the customers - protecting the intellectual property (IP) by filing patent and supporting their prosecution - transferring the developed technology to the final manufacturing plant
