When our story first began, it was difficult to coin a name that would be one with our products of the highest quality. More so as they have an other-worldly element to them which transport you to another dimension. This was what drove us to think differently; from a different perspective. Each perfume was crafted with a unique story behind every step of the way. A captivating element creating feelings of being blessed, empowered, power and other emotions. The stories then became the focus of our efforts, energies, and vision. Addictive vortexes of thought which would inspire us to think ‘out of this world’. We started with names of planets, went through our mythological influences; exploring names of illustrious characters, moons, and eventually connecting the sacred game of revolving around a celestial body. The name ‘Charon’, struck a ‘galactic’ chord with us. The largest moon of Pluto; in turn, a unique planet, adept at being itself. From another perspective, the name is eponymous with ‘Charon’, the Ferryman of Hades who takes the soul on a daring journey through the unknown. Our products are a literally physical analogy of these two different universes. Be it a fragrance or jewelry, they always complement the wearer, elevating their aura, thereby creating a truly celestial yet exhilarating experience. We just didn’t want to reach for the stars, we wanted to take everyone on the journey with us. We felt was quite fitting for our brand. Oh yes! And the letter ‘E’ in Cheron was our personal charm, signifying evolution, everlasting, energy, and emergence to the epiphany. With the interplay between all these influences, our real brand story is a gentle but secret whisper which will gradually reveal itself as you browse through our collections.
