Our experts are here to advise and counsel, not just on the initial lease, but throughout the entire cycle of each lease in our client’s portfolio. We bring over 96 years of experience negotiating and advocating on behalf of legal, corporate, financial, technology, and professional services clients. Our core competencies are summed up into two key specialties; Occupier Advisory and Portfolio Management. The two share many of the same disciplines, with the exception that our portfolio clients have multiple locations. Many of our clients started out by looking for a single location, and many still maintain just one office or facility today. Our Occupier Advisory platform is comprised of Workplace Strategy and Transaction Management and is tailored to ensure that any corporate real estate need can be met, regardless of size.
