About Chess for Connection

We are a youth-run organization dedicated to fostering social interaction and community engagement through the traditional game of chess. Our goal is to bring chess to residents at senior homes and encourage social interactions among seniors and youth. We provide a variety of supports to make this happen, ranging from playing chess with seniors to giving chess lessons, facilitating a chess club, running tournaments, and organizing fun chess activities.
