Chess has been shown to increase academic achievement and social skills. I can teach both children and adults with a range of skills and abilities. The goal of ChessMate Tutors is to tailor each lesson around the individual needs of students. Students will come away with a strong understanding of the fundamentals of chess along with how to apply the skill sets learned from the game to their own lives.
