Chez Fefe macarons & cafe

Chez Fefe is the first French macaron boutique in Bulgaria, established in 2015. Convinced that everyone has the right to touch the masterpieces of the French pastry school, we accept the challenge of creating macarons, following the French culinary school in its full. In our French macaron recipe, everything is done slowly, with care, and in a commercial way - all-almond shells, full of classic chocolate and milk cream ganache, flavored only from fruits and flower waters, with no artificial flavorings. We love to experiment, so you won't find more than 30 classic, seasonal, extravagant, and gourmet flavors on display.
