Our firm was founded by Gerald Chiariello, Sr. in 1955. He was joined by his two sons, Dominic Chiariello and Gerald Chiariello, II, in 1990 and 1995, respectively. Our legal team has nearly 80 years of combined legal experience to put to work for you.
Our practice is limited to cases involving people who have suffered serious personal injuries from automobile collisions, trip/slip and fall, construction site accidents, bus or subway accidents, dog bites, nursing home negligence, medical or other professional malpractice. We also represent the surviving family members of those who have suffered an accidental death due to negligence.

If you are too injured to visit our handicapped accessible office, one of our attorneys will personally visit you at home or in the hospital.
