About Chicago Draft Style
Bill Daker has been in the craft soda business for 20 years, first with his nationally distributed Cool Mountain brand and more recently with Chicago Draft Style, a line of regionally focused sodas. While he always has used natural cane sugars in his flagship root beer, Daker built formulations for his new line of drinks with all-natural flavors and colors, starting with his ginger beer, ginger ale and seltzer waters, which were released this year.
