Since 1996, Dr. Sandra Rafael has practiced the art and science of Optometry at Chicago Eyes, with full dedication to those who seek her services; she strives to surpass each patient's expectations in the delivery of competent, timely and compassionate eye care. As a team we strive continuously to broaden our knowledge and skills, so that our patients may benefit from all new and efficacious means to enhance the care of the visual system and performance. As an independent optometric practice, we provide eye exams and diagnose, treat and manage diseases and disorders of the visual system, the eye and associated structures, as well as diagnose related systemic conditions. We are located in Edgewater and we see a diverse spectrum of patients from all over the world.
