That's what CHICK is all about: a gastropub devoted to bringing you the best fried chicken dishes, paired with our fine selection of craft beers.
OUR RECIPE
We believe that cooking should know no boundaries. That's why we developed our own fried chicken recipe, combining elements of the styles that we love the most: Louisiana and Korean. In doing so, our goal has been to create the most tasty and healthy fried chicken recipes.
To achieve that, we coat the chicken entirely with our special batter and cook it with an oil temperature that instantly seals it, so that the chicken is cooked by the steam of its own moisture trapped inside. The result? A fried chicken that is crispy and dry on the outside, and tender and juicy in the inside.
SIMPLICITY
We designed a concise menu, with dishes conceived and prepared to allow you to enjoy the taste of simple and well cooked food; so you may know what you come for and get exactly that. We prepare our own sauces, brioche buns and coleslaw (which our guests say –we don’t mind admitting to- are to-die-for).
