Chick'n It Out was a student-run start-up that broke barriers and raised the bar for the Integrated Business Core program at BYU-Idaho. As a semester-long course students were challenged to dream up a business idea, pitch the case to a panel of lenders, receive funding, then launch, run, and turn a high profit. Chick'n It Out grossed a record-breaking $60,000+ in 10 weeks and kickstarted many improvements to lasting on-campus dining at BYU-Idaho.
