Born in London, 1994, Chicken Cottage disrupted the Chicken shop market offering the UK’s first fried and grilled chicken chain which is also halal. Fast forward 30 years, Chicken Cottage is now wholly-owned by TI Global Holdings Ltd Incorporated in Malaysia, with a large and growing footprint in the UK and developing globally. Chicken Cottage began franchising in 1995 when the original founders saw the possibility of scale for this concept as well as demand for the fresh and flavoursome product.
