Chic Words

Unconventional storytelling about high-tech fashion and Venetian glamour. The Chic Words project responds to the need to bring unconventional storytelling to life on two main themes: - High-Tech Fashion and Wearable Design, - Venetian Fashion Traditions and Contemporary Venetian Fashion Professionals. High-tech fashion is a field at the intersection of science, fashion design and new technologies. It represents the future for the fashion industry, but looking at the world of fashion, I realized how in the Italian editorial scene (unlike what is happening internationally), there is lacking a voice that tells about the new frontiers of fashion (new materials, telemedicine, wearables, soft circuits...) and that could respond to the desire for renewal of both consumers and the new generation of fashion designers. So with the Chic Words project I would like to fill this gap and talk about high-tech fashion in a new way, a more pragmatic and objective way, contacting the protagonists directly.
