Community Housing Initiative, Inc.

Community Housing Initiative develops, builds, acquires and re-positions residential properties. Our areas of expertise include affordable housing projects, market rate age restricted and family-oriented communities. A large part of our mission is to work with a variety of organizations to meet their missions. CHI is currently teaming with several religious organizations to develop age restricted communities with affordable housing components. In working with a religious organization, Community Housing identifies underutilized parcels, usually adjacent to the place of worship. These projects provide housing for congregants and non-congregants alike.
