Our stakeholders are :
• Farmers – Majority small scale who belong to producer organizations (Cooperatives and Saccos) who CREATE the value from well managed farms supported by a highly trained team of extension service providers.
• Factory that will process fruits which CAPTURES the value and locks it into high added value products. The factory will be privately owned and will guarantee offtake of fruits that meet the prescribed quality at competitive prices.
• Market that REALIZES the value when consumers can buy the highest quality fruit products available because of a seamless and traceable chain from farm to market and rigorous quality control at every step.
