Chilli Hills was founded in early 2014 with a bold mission: to revolutionize the spice culture in Bulgaria and put Bulgarian chili craftsmanship on the global map. As a boutique farm, we cultivate rare and exotic chili varieties from around the world. Within hours of harvest, our peppers are transformed into an array of premium products—hot sauces, pastes, marinades, and more—capturing their peak freshness and heat. Today, Chilli Hills operates four standalone stores in Sofia, Varna, Burgas, Plovdiv, Prague and Bucharest and is available in 500 supermarkets, restaurants, and delicatessens across Bulgaria. Our products are exported to 13 different countries, bringing the bold flavors of the Balkans to a global audience. In 2019, we took our first international step by partnering in our first overseas outlet in Vilnius, Lithuania and now we are spread as far as Prague and Bucharest. Our ‘Balkan Hot Sauce’ collection is Bulgaria’s first craft hot sauce line and proudly features the hottest officially recognized product in the country!
