We now are able to provide a managed service introducing focused analytics and reporting with a specialty in relation to the following: Cost recovery reviews looking specifically at; o Contract Compliance o Duplicate Payments o VAT reviews and recovery o Trading of excess inventory We will require some reports from which we can ascertain the viability of any further work. There is no upfront fee and payment will be based on recovery. Inventory Management Analytics including; o Dedicated managed service physical stock take process o Storeroom space scoping, o Excess inventory assessment o Obsolete inventory reduction We provide a fully managed service and not a SAAS (Software as a Service) solution. We structure any work after an initial scoping project that determines a program that works for both parties. All reporting and action plans form part of the deliverable that we commit to.
