CHIMAR HELLAS SA since 2012 acts as exclusive sales distributor and sales partner of the German Companies GreCon & Rembe, and since 2018 the Austrian company Berndorf covering the teritorries of Greece & Cyprus (and most Balkan countries). Via Berndorf we are distributing in the market, steel belts, belt systems and special machinery for various production sectors and implement regular field trips. In cooperation with GreCon & REMBE experts, we implement technical visits in order to deliver free-of-charge Risk Assessment Studies (Explosions & Fires) or Safety Scans helping the plants visualize after detailed engineering the final necessary technical solutions for Explosion & Fire Safety. Finally furnishes the plants with offers regarding the technical products to be installed in order for the former to be compliant with ATEX regulation. The agreements cover the whole portfolio of: --Fire & Explosion Prevention Systems via Spark detection and Extinguishment Systems --In-line Measurement Systems --Explosion Protection and Isolation Systems --Process safety Systems for gas & liquid means All of the above ATEX approved technical solutions find major application(s) in industrial processes handling combastible dust such as (among many): --wood-based panels industry, pellet & furniture --food industry (breweries, flour mills, handling of sugar, cocoa, flour, coffee, semolina, starch, grains etc) --pharmaceutical industry --chemical industries --pulp & paper industry --automotive --metal, rubber --recycling industries etc Liquid & gas means overpressure/vacuums are handled by innovative-tailored made rupture discs! Typical applications can be found in: dust collectors/dust extractors (filters, cyclones etc), dryers-predryers, silos, pneumatic transportations, grinding, bucket elevators, mixers & mills etc. CHIMAR HELLAS created a new division under the name "INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT REPRESENTATION DIVISION" that acts seperately from the main activities of the company.
