Chimba Bowls is a student-founded venture dedicated to providing healthy, accessible Açaí bowls to Butler University students. Incubated within the Innovation Lab at the Lacy School of Business, our mission is to bridge the gap in healthy food alternatives on campus.
Founded by Student Felipe Reyes Murcia and supported by Professor Nick Smarrelli, Chimba Bowls is more than just a food option—it’s a movement to revolutionize campus dining. We aim to create a new hub where Butler students can use their flex dollars, prioritize a healthy lifestyle, and foster an entrepreneurial community powered by students and guided by the innovation lab.
