Chimney & Tea was founded by Regina Hu, a first-generation Taiwanese-Canadian who grew up immersed in her family’s 30-year tea business in Taiwan. Rooted in Eastern wellness traditions and tea culture, Chimney & Tea brings premium, garden-to-cup high mountain oolong tea to North America in a way that feels modern, approachable, and relatable. Our teas are sustainably grown and freshly harvested from our family tea garden in Alishan, Taiwan’s world-renowned region for high mountain oolong. Every batch is handcrafted by award-winning tea masters with decades of expertise.
