Bestpay

Orange Finance (namely China Telecom BestPay Co., Ltd), is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Telecom. It operates the payment and finance businesses. The headquarter in Beijing is established in March 2011. Besides, three branch companies are established in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Xi’an. In 2011, Orange Finance received 'The payment business license' issued by the People’s Bank of China. The scope of payment permission includes Internet services, mobile and fixed telephones payment, bank card acquiring, prepaid card issuing and processing. Up to January 2016, the app called BestPay has attracted over 200 million users and become the third largest payment platform operator in China, closely following Alipay and WeChat Payment.
