Chinook Capital Advisors, a local leading M&A advisory firm, was co-founded by John O’Dore and Ed Kirk to serve the needs of Pacific Northwest business owners. We focus on lower-middle market businesses generally with revenues of $10m to $100m. We offer a combined 60 years of experience that includes backgrounds in business ownership, investment banking, corporate development, operations, tax, legal, engineering, and commercial real estate which allows us to serve the owners of family- and privately-held companies throughout the Northwest.
