ChinUp is a global mentoring platform built to engage ChinUp Mentors and ChinUp Mentees in a trusted, safe and friendly environment. We believe in simple conversations that cut through complexity and bring clarity to various and complex life situations. Our mentors are trained in the ChinUp method that seeks to; Challenge – current mindset, way of doing things and interacting with other humans. Our mentors share learnings and insights from their own personal and professional experiences and help our mentees draw insights from these candid but important, life-changing conversations. AT ChinUp we believe in challenging everything, not assuming anything, and exploring everything! Inspire – to be better, every day, to rise after every fall, to do more and be more, to help ourselves and others, to do the best for ourselves and our loved ones, but also the planet. Our mentoring relationships are designed to inspire, both our mentees and the mentors. We believe that humans eventually are the stories they tell themselves. At ChinUp we try to re-write some of those stories, explore characters and situations that helps us understand who we are and why. Upgrade – with knowledge, ability, tools, connections and support to help both mentees and mentors become the best version of themselves. We understand that change for humans is hard, and that it takes a whole life-time for most of us to figure out and truly understand who we are and what we are doing on this planet! While that may be a full-life’s work, we at ChinUp talk about what we can do over the weekend that will help is on the Monday!
