Chipmunks Playland & café is a leading international indoor playground company. From humble beginnings in little old New Zealand. The idea emerged in 1994 with Founder Lance Spence wanting to create a safe, fun and active environment for his kids. 18 months later, Chipmunks started in Christchurch in 1996 and has now grown to over 40 centres globally.
Our playgrounds are equipped with state of the art technology with on-site cafes. Each Chipmunks Indoor playground is carefully curated to help children gain valuable social skills in a safe and secure environment. All our playcentres are owned and operated by local independent owners.
