We operate a division called ´Chips Business Solutions’. Our client base includes over 400 Sage Evolution sites in Zimbabwe. Amongst our largest in Zimbabwe are CMED with 134 users and 13 branches, Mbada Diamonds with 150 users, Pro Group with 18 branches across Zimbabwe, Greenbelt Fertilizers whose Head Office is in Zambia and is using Sage Evolution Branch Accounting across their branches in Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique - implemented and supported by ourselves. We have sold and implemented Sage Evolution by Sage Pastel to numerous other large organizations, some of which are part of listed entities on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, such as Innscor Distribution, Colcom, Spar Corporate Retail, CAFCA, National Tyre Services, Pro Group which includes Pro Feeds and Pro Brands, Powerspeed, Econet Services Division, Padenga, and Department of Civil Aviation. In addition, we have sold Pastel Partner to over 5000 sites in Zimbabwe. Through our division Chips Business Solutions we are the Channel Development Partners for Sage Pastel in Zimbabwe and have developed a channel of 20 dealers through whom we distribute Sage Pastel. We have dealers located in Harare, Bulawayo, Gweru, Mutare, Victoria Falls and Lusaka. Our dealers attend our certification courses and have considerable depth of experience in supporting Sage Pastel.
We also have a separate division that focuses on Sage ERP products like Sage ERP X3 and Sage ERP 500 & 1000. The largest Sage ERP site we support is National Foods with 200 concurrent users spread across 20 branches on a wide area network. We have 80 sites using the Sage ERP products in Zimbabwe. These sites include Truworths Zimbabwe, who run the Sage Retail Management System in every one of their 70 stores located all around Zimbabwe and are fully integrated back to Sage ERP X3 at the Head Office that has been customized to meet their customer credit installment scheme where customers are given either 6 ,12 or 24 months to pay. Spar Distribution Centre who runs Sage X3 integrated to Sage Geode Warehouse management system which supports their extensive store network processing 24 hours and 6 days a week. There are 15 ZSE companies running on Sage ERP products from the Sage ERP 1000, 500 and X3 stable.
There are 35 of the 72 Zimbabwe Stock Exchange listed companies who are using Sage products within their entities in Zimbabwe.
