ChIPs Orange County Chapter

The Orange County Chapter is one of the newest ChIPs chapters, established in May 2019. Orange County is the sixth largest county by population in the United States and a true economic powerhouse. For example, Orange County is ranked first in the country in medical device manufacturing, transportation innovation, and master planned communities. It has the second largest workforce in California, and the sixth most diverse tech sector in the United States. Orange County’s thriving business environment drives demand for sophisticated intellectual property attorneys. The Orange County chapter ensures our local talent is tightly networked and ready to meet that demand by organizing networking opportunities, professional development events, legal education programs, and more. The Orange County chapter offers student affiliate memberships for law students interested in technology law, intellectual property law, corporate law, and other related fields of study.
