Chipstead Golf Club

Chipstead Golf Club is a vibrant club with a historic past and an exciting future, thanks to the recent new investment in the clubhouse and facilities from its new owners. In 2017, the Club was bought by a local Surrey based family who wanted to ensure the club remained open and accessible to golfers and families in Chipstead and the surrounding areas. The clubhouse has undergone major refurbishment in all of its function rooms and terrace, providing a modern venue for wedding receptions, private parties, christenings and corporate team days for up to 150 guests, all overlooking the stunning, panoramic views of the golf course and the surrounding Surrey Hills. The venue is also fully licenced to hold civil ceremonies for up to 40 people. Our new catering team are serving up gastronomic delights for golfers and social visitors, offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, as well as wedding breakfasts, buffets and BBQs. The club provides an excellent opportunity for players of all ages and from all backgrounds to participate in the game of golf. More importantly we really are a family-oriented club and want to encourage juniors, ladies and golf novices the chance to fall in love with the game of golf. Juniors, both boys and girls, from the age of 4 are welcomed and encouraged through our Junior Academy and holiday clubs. Our training facilities and the course provides a great introduction to the game, and yet one which provides challenges for budding golfers. Nic Torbett, one of our club professionals has fast become one of Surrey’s leading junior coaches and continues to develop the growth of our Chipstead Junior Golf Academy.
