Chiusa Grande is a family owned estate situated in the heart of Abruzzo region, set up and managed since 1994 by Franco D'Eusanio, a pioneer in the organic farming also known as the "Vinosophist".
A distinctive production approach is radicated into our wines which reflect a vision of life free from any prejudice, from any compromise and in synthony with Nature.
Organic farming has always been the primary path and inspiration for the winery whose vineyards have always beed conducted with integrity, respect for the environment, for the workers and for the Customers.
Chiusa Grande wines are deeply rooted into history and territory, the estate produce the greatest part of the energy necessary to run all the activities in the winery, uses low sulphites in most of wines and zero So2 for the others.
