We trace the cocoa supply chains from their origin, offering personalized advice to all the players in the supply chain. Chocofair is a network created in 2013 to bring together producers, cooperatives, artisans, processors to ensure a safe and traceable supply of quality cocoa produced with respect for the land and people. Over the years the network has been enriched with new energies, projects and has extended to various countries around the world, always remaining faithful to the principles that inspired it. We do counseling on the opening of new processing plants from bean to bar and we hold training courses on cocoa and chocolate to create new and conscious Cocoa Artisans!
