Chocolat Mathez, fabricant français de la truffe au cacao.
Fondé en 1934, Chocolat Mathez s'est révélé être un acteur reconnu dans la production de truffes au cacao. En 1996, Eric Fischer rachète l'entreprise familiale pour lui donner un nouvel essor.
Avec une équipe de collaborateurs compétents et motivés, il développe l'activité en créant un large panel de recettes et des packagings toujours plus innovants : Truffes Fantaisie, Pur Beurre, Biologiques et depuis 2009, Commerce Équitable, toutes ces recettes se déclinent : nature, popcorn, macaron framboise, cookies, noisette, tarte citron...
Aujourd'hui, Chocolat Mathez apparaît comme un des leaders sur le marché international de la Truffe et propose plus de 50 références qui font le plaisir des professionnels et amateurs de chocolat.
Sur le plan national, les grossistes qui alimentent les réseaux traditionnels (chocolatiers…) et les coliseurs, représentent le canal de distribution prioritaire.
Les marques de distributeurs (MDD) constituent un autre débouché significatif et à l'international, la distribution se fait par le biais d'importateurs, d'agents ou en direct avec des centrales d'achats.
Chaque année Chocolat Mathez relève de nouveaux défis et part à la conquête de nouveaux marchés.
