Since Chocolat Moderne was founded in 2003 we have created a brand of chocolate assortments that are known for their innovative flavors and original designs while using the finest French couvertures from Valrhona. We produce hand crafted chocolate for hundreds of retail chains around the country, weddings arrangements, and for corporate gifts and events . Some of our valued retail clients include Dean and Deluca, Saks, Zingerman's, Barneys, and Whole Foods. Chocolat Moderne customizes chocolate for corporate gifts and events with a chosen logo imprinted for companies such as Brooks Brothers, Banana Republic, and JP Morgan Chase. Chocolat Moderne has received top honors in the specialty food industry by winning multiple sofi™ Gold and Finalist Awards, which are the equivalent of the Oscars of the food industry. The Founder Joan Coukos was recently named as one of the top 10 Chocolatiers in North America in Desert Professional magazine. This award winning chocolate has been featured on The Today Show, The Food Network, The Oprah Show, and still appearing in the O Magazine.
