Our Chocolaterie and Wafflerie is located in Hahndorf, South Australia, in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. We are a multi-award winning small batch chocolate producer and proud to be supplying wholesale chocolates to clients such as Great Southern Rail for their passengers on the Indian Pacific train, as well as a few smaller South Australian wholesale customers, and are featured on Qantas EpiQure gourmet food website. We also accept orders for corporate gifts and hampers and have the ability to ship interstate direct from our premises in Hahndorf.
Our chocolates are crafted from the finest and freshest ingredients available: fresh butter, local cream and the best quality fruit purees. No artificial preservatives or additives are used. Our imported couverture chocolate is sourced through Callebaut and Cocoa Barry. We work exclusively with these suppliers as they are committed to the production of fair and sustainable cacao plantation. We take the utmost pride in our craft.
