C.H.O.I.C.E. was established in 2002 and has officially been incorporated (limited by guarantee) under the Companies Ordinance and registered as a tax-exempt charitable organization under the Inland Revenue Department.
C.H.O.I.C.E. is a nongovernmental social service organization which focuses on promoting health and disease prevention. We are committed to reaching out to the community and integrating professional services to provide holistic care, and we strive to develop innovative services that keep pace with the times. In response to the needs of society, we keep enhancing the content and the target audience of our services. From mainly providing services to high-risk disadvantaged groups in the initial stage, we have expanded our services to youth groups and the general public.
