C.H.O.I.C.E. was established in 2002 and has officially been incorporated (limited by guarantee) under the Companies Ordinance and registered as a tax-exempt charitable organization under the Inland Revenue Department. C.H.O.I.C.E. is a nongovernmental social service organization which focuses on promoting health and disease prevention. We are committed to reaching out to the community and integrating professional services to provide holistic care, and we strive to develop innovative services that keep pace with the times. In response to the needs of society, we keep enhancing the content and the target audience of our services. From mainly providing services to high-risk disadvantaged groups in the initial stage, we have expanded our services to youth groups and the general public. 「再思」成立於2002年，根據公司條例正式成為法人團體（擔保有限公司），並獲稅務局按稅務條批准成為豁免繳稅的慈善機構，是專注推廣健康及疾病預防的非政府社會服務機構。 我們致力走進揉合專業服務，提供全人關懷，並努力開拓與時的創新服務。我們因應社會的需要，不斷改進服務的內容和調整服務對象，由初期主要為高危的弱勢社群提供服務，擴展到青年群組及公眾。
