What started with a single KitchenAid mixer and a craving for better cookies has grown into a full-blown dream in motion: a bakery that’s equal parts handmade magic and community love.
With over a decade of experience in the food and restaurant industry - from washing dishes to managing kitchens - and a background in branding, marketing, and web development, I bring both the creative and the operational skills needed to grow something meaningful.
Chonkers is currently not open to the public but dreams of morphing into a licensed commercial kitchen, with the long-term vision of opening a cozy storefront downtown; a third space for families, creatives, and cookie lovers alike. I’m here to build a business that feeds both the belly and the soul.
