Cilker Henderson has been serving the community for the past five decades. 57 years ago, Cilker Henderson Properties began with a vision from a farming family and has since created an infrastructure for hospitals and medical offices. We feature 13 properties all within the same location. Our campus consists of exceptional healthcare providers including Stanford Hospital, Sutter Health and HCA Healthcare. We are proud to have grown with the community throughout the years. Our future developments of five new medical office buildings and three parking structures will continue our commitment to delivering modern healthcare to Silicon Valley. We have partnered with RBB Architects and Hensel Phelps Construction to bring the new buildings to life. In total, we will add 475,000 SQ FT and 1,500 parking spaces to create a state-of-the-art campus that will help meet the future needs of our physicians, medical groups, and patients. The first phase of the 20-year groundbreaking plan began with a three-story building at 2506 Samaritan Court in Summer 2020.
