Chris Walker Memorial Trust

The Chris Walker Memorial Trust was set up to remember Chris Walker who lost his life on Wednesday 24th Feb, 2010. Chris was taken by an avalanche over steep ground, whilst descending from Buachaille Etive Mor. The trust has been set up to help others who share the same passion for the mountains as Chris did. The Trust provides avalanche awareness training in Scotland to mountain professionals from the British Mountain Guides, Association of Mountaineering Instructors and Mountain Training Association.
