veryone has encountered poor graphic design in the Catholic Church. A jam-packed bulletin here, an outdated website there. It’s not like these organizations mean to publish less-than-ideal logos and newsletters. Many of them don’t have access to resources that take their designs to the next level while also maintaining the integrity of their beliefs. Until now. I firmly believe in the mission of the Church, the church that Jesus Christ entrusted to Peter 2,000 years ago. As a seriously practicing, regularly Mass-and-Confession-going Catholic, I understand. I know what transubstantiation means. I feel the grind during Lent. I strive for “perfection” with my might as a broken person. I also know the world greatly misunderstands who you and I are. I also long for a graphic design utopia. I strive for pixel perfect, striking serifs, and lovely layouts. I understand how effective graphic design can change minds and drive sales. I guide my clients through the design process in which I delight in. I firmly believe pleasing graphic design will advance the Church in infinite ways, which in turn will advance Jesus Christ, and change the world. You can trust me to design with a clear conscience.
