The “Professional Business Services” division’s principal activity is that of a specialist in selling and valuing businesses in the Hospitality, Care and Retail sectors (described more fully below) with related finance and insurance broking operations. They are all focused on the following sectors: • Hospitality: Hotels, pubs and restaurants • Care: Healthcare (nursing, residential homes and hospitals) - and Childcare (schools and nurseries) • Retail: Post Offices, newsagents, petrol forecourts and pharmacies The “Stock, Inventory, Systems and Services” division is the market leader in stock audit and stocktaking in both the Retail (Food and non-food) and Licensed (Hotels, pubs, restaurants and stadia) sectors. The Pan-European “Software Solutions” division (sold in 2008) was based out of Paris and installed its proprietary Head Office and EPOS (Electronic Pont of Sale) systems in retailers across Europe, principally in the Fashion sector.
