My name is Chris Federer. And this page most likely isn't current. Still... you are probably wondering why you should work with me. Like many of the people I help today, it all started with a problem. I felt stuck and uninspired. So, close to 15 years ago, before entering College I tried an international development project in rural Paraguay and this little adventure helping a community work better together became my obsession. I've now worked home and abroad with NGOs, educational institutions, fortune 500 companies, and growing start ups helping them find, align, and develop awesome people. Please say hello to learn more.
