Chromatech diagnostic is an xPOCT device for measuring biochemical blood factors including Cholesterol, HDL and LDL, Triglyceride, Glucose, urea, and creatine. An integrated add-on is attached to the device for data acquisition in this platform, and a user interface is presented as software on the smartphone. The system's mechanism is to drop a microliter of blood on a microscopic enzyme-coated lam and insert the lam inside the illuminating gadget. The reaction between blood sample and enzyme makes color differences detected with the cell phone camera, and after image processing and data modulation, the number for each biochemical marker will be shown. This accurate, rapid, inexpensive, and easy-to-use platform is suitable for use in clinics, doctors' offices, and homes.
