Chronic and Iconic

Chronic and Iconic is a community aimed at supporting disabled and chronically ill young people. Our goal is to increase conversation and education surrounding disability and specifically young disabled people. Information will be posted regarding disability-specific workshops, events, and community building. Disabled young people are disproportionately unemployed, and we must address this problem and work to develop skills and increase awareness of the struggles and realities of disabled young people. We started as a support group to build community and trust within the disability community, but are expanding to provide support and awareness, increasing conversation on disability allyship. Support is not always available for young disabled or chronically ill individuals, so this is a common space to see updates and gain support when looking for work or further education.
