The Chronic Disease Coalition is a patient advocacy nonprofit, dedicated to protecting patients from unfair policies that hurt their access to quality, affordable care.
The CDC advocates on behalf of patients and provides the education and training they need to advocate for themselves. At the state and national levels, we partner with other coalitions and advocacy groups to ensure that whenever healthcare decisions are made, patients are at the table.
