For millions of people, chronic illness, injury, pain, disability, and neurodivergence are daily battles—filled with frustration, stigma, and isolation. Many who live with these conditions struggle to find adequate support, leaving them feeling unheard by doctors, friends, and even family.
Chronic Illness Hotline is a free, nationwide, 24/7 text-based support service launching in late 2025. Staffed by trained Compassion Counselors—all with lived experience—we offer a safe space for people living with chronic illness, injury, pain, disability, and neurodivergence to be heard, supported, and validated. With or without official diagnosis and self diagnosis is always valid.
