Chronic Illness Hotline is a free, nationwide, 24/7 text-based support service launching in late 2025. Staffed by trained Compassion Counselors—all with lived experience—we offer a safe space for people living with chronic illness, injury, pain, disability, and neurodivergence to be heard, supported, and validated.
