ChroniSync

We are building a healthcare coordination service for patients with chronic diseases, together with the ChroniSync platform for monitoring, coordinating, and personalising long-term care. We use AI algorithms to monitor the patient's health status, manage the schedule of check-ups, personalise the therapy, and assist the patient in entering data from medical devices. Our goal is to increase the efficiency of medical facilities, coordinators, and physicians involved in the treatment. We are developing a digital assistant for patients to take over the tedious therapy tasks.
