Chronos Mobile Technologies (acquired by Life360)

At Chronos we are building tools to help users make better real-world decisions through passively collected data. Our current offering is a mobile app that automatically captures how you spend your time. The app runs in the background on your phone and shows you where you’ve been, how much time you’ve spent amongst different activities (e.g., exercising, working), as well as how long you’ve hung out with specific friends. The app also allows you to set time-related goals (e.g., go to sleep before midnight) and helps motivate you to achieve those goals. Going forward, we are working to integrate a wide range of data sources to become the one-stop shop for all of your passively-collected personal data. This will allow us to reveal insights across previously isolated verticals (e.g., how the time you spend commuting impacts your sleep patterns).
