Developing an after-market device able to lower the intensity of the light emitted by public street-lamps with benefits on costs, energy consumption and light pollution. Being highly upgradable applying IoT knowledge, the device can also analyze the surrounding areas and interact with pedestrians and vehicles enabling solutions to optimize public/private services (e.g. 5G, data monetization, smart city) and improving road safety (V2I, NCAP safety requirements)
