Outsource Employee with Permanent Contract from ChronoSys For the first 6 months (or 1 year) employee full-time works for your company as outsource and with this way both the employer and the employee get to know each other in advance. At the end of this period in case of mutual acceptance, the 2nd model can be preferred or continued in this model. 2. InHouse Employee for Your Company We provide support in all processes such as finding the most suitable candidate as an internal resource in your company and sponsorship up to the recruitment process. 3. Freelance (Project-Based) Employee for Your Company Through ChronoSys, one or more project scopes of your company are determined and project costs are calculated according to suitable candidate(s). The employer can proceed by choosing the appropriate candidate in terms of time/cost for itself through these outputs.
