She has an energetic, active and passionate approach to her coaching skills. As a practised energist, she also works on unblocking any negative energy within the body, creating a clearer mindset. As a trained ILM Level 7 Coach and Time Line Therapist, Tracey can offer motivational coaching within a complex working environment at a senior and strategic level within an organisation. She can critically review skills, emotional intelligence, draw on interpersonal skills and values within.
