Chrysalis is a newly established Transformation Hub supporting Key Assets Australia (KAA) to lead and innovate the development of services that deliver better outcomes for children, young people, and families across Australia.
Guided by the principles of human-centred design, the Chrysalis team will build and implement a framework, which explores and integrates key capabilities across the organisation. Including, elevating and embedding the voices of children and young people across Key Assets Australia, embracing evidence based learning, designing a framework in how we measure our impact and learning how technology and data can play an important role in how we deliver our services, and having sector influence in the child and family sector.
