Community Health Service Inc is a private, non-profit network of clinics providing medical, dental, behavioral health, and victim advocacy services throughout Minnesota and North Dakota. CHSI was established in 1973 to serve the health needs of migrant agricultural workers in the region, and we have expanded our scope of service in the 50+ years since. We're proud to serve the health needs of our community.
